Happy 7th birthday to Riley
Happy 5th birthday to Paul
Riley really wanted a Chuck E. Cheese cake since that's where her party was. Mae Mae wasn't sure if she could do it. Look below to see that she not only did it, she rocked it!
Paul kept changing his mind from airplane to rocket, and back again for his cake. I finally decided on one and told him he didn't have a choice. He Loved it!
Paul being super shy with Chuck E.
What? Tokens on my crown? They couldn't decide whether or not to use their extra tokens. After a little coaxing we were able to convince them to go play a few more games with their tokens. This momma didn't want to go back anytime soon!
Paul was having NONE of that!
Camille enjoyed cake and ice cream from PaPa and Mae Mae.
TICKET BLASTER TIME!
Paul wanted Riley to help him. Come to find out, he didn't need help. He caught the ticket worth 1000 on his own!
Riley went in alone for her chance at catching the ticket worth 1000. She didn't catch it because she was standing on it! We were all yelling trying to tell her, but she never heard us. The super nice lady gave it to her anyhow. I'm usually funny about that kind of stuff. I don't really want my kids getting rewarded for something they didn't win, or earn. However, it was for her birthday and I paid for it.
It was so chaotic at Chuck E. Cheese that we decided to bring the presents home to open. Can you tell how pleased Riley was with her gifts. Thank you all for spoiling my girl. She is super appreciative!
Paul and his daddy were playfully arguing over who's card and present that belonged to since it said "Denis Paul" on it. Paul also got lots of great gifts. He opened a movie from Mae Mae and was ugly about it. He said, "I didn't want this movie". This led to a discussion and an apology to Mae Mae. Otherwise he was super appreciative.
Thanks to Christmas and birthdays my children were well entertained through our 8 days of rain a few weeks ago. It couldn't have been better timing for staying in the house.
Paul informed me this week that he wants to live at Chuck E. Cheese. I think the party was a hit for my kids! I hope all who came had a great, wild time!
